Bukola Bekes was the fourth child in a family of six when she was born on September 10, 1980. She grew up in the Lagos State community of Idi-Oro, Mushin. Olubukunola Bekes is described as a talented singer who comes from a musical family.
Bukola Bekes Career
Bukola began in the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s choir and rose to become a major force and vessel in the RCCG Mass Choir, not only leading but also writing and composing theme songs for services and international conventions attended by thousands of worshippers from around the world. She earned the nickname “Olorikokoro” after penning and composing the theme song for one of these conventions, the 2005 Holy Ghost Congress.
Olori Kokoro (master key), as he is affectionately known, has a band called “Olubukola Bekes & The Paradise Ministerls” and has ministered all over the world.
She is currently a Praise and Worship leader at the RCCG City of David Parish in Lagos’ Victoria Island.
